I am a social and organizational psychologist who researches contemporary sexism, gender stereotypes, and attitudes towards policies advancing women.

The aim of my work is to uncover the subtle ways that gender bias is expressed in modern societies and organizations. Using a multi-method approach, I examine the factors underlying gender bias, and its consequences for women, men, non-binary, and trans individuals.

In 2021, I was awarded the Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellowship to join the University of Exeter. In 2020, I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of Vienna. During my doctoral training, I visited Stockholm University (2018-2019) and New York University (2016-2017).

I love research, teaching, and mentoring. I also like spending time with family and friends in nature or cozy coffeeshops.
